Terms of Service
Last updated September 24, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and VantaHost ("VantaHost", "we", "us") covering your use of vantahosting.xyz, our client area, our Discord server, and every service you buy from us, including game servers, virtual private servers (VPS) and cloud hosting (the "Services"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms for you.
- You can sign up with an email and password, or with Google or Discord. Keep your login details and any linked accounts secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- The information you give us must be accurate. We may ask you to verify your identity or payment method to prevent fraud.
- One person or business may hold multiple services, but creating accounts to abuse promotions, trials or refunds is not allowed.
3. Orders, billing and renewals
- Services are prepaid for the billing period you choose (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual) and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.
- Invoices are issued before each renewal. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude taxes, which are added where required.
- If an invoice is unpaid on its due date, the service may be suspended after 3 days and terminated after 7 days. Terminated services and their data are deleted and cannot be recovered.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects your service.
- Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may lead to immediate suspension of all services on your account.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel any service from the client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless you choose immediate cancellation. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for all content, software and activity on your services, including anything your players, users or customers do.
6. Uptime commitment
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime for each service's network and host node. If we miss that target in a calendar month, you can request an account credit:
| Monthly uptime | Credit (of that service's monthly fee) |
|---|---|
| Below 99.9% | 10% |
| Below 99.0% | 25% |
| Below 95.0% | 50% |
Credits must be requested within 30 days by opening a ticket. They do not apply to scheduled maintenance announced in advance, problems caused by you or your software, attacks larger than our protection can absorb, third-party outages outside our control, or suspensions under these Terms. Credits are the only remedy for downtime and cannot exceed one month's fee or be exchanged for cash.
7. Your data and backups
You own your data. Some plans include backups, but they are provided on a best-effort basis. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important. We are not liable for lost or corrupted data.
8. Game servers and third-party software
You must follow the license terms of any game or software you run, including game publishers' server rules (for example, Minecraft's EULA and FiveM's terms). We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any game publisher. Third-party software is provided as-is by its authors.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a service, without refund, if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your service puts our network or other customers at risk, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You may close your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers
Except as stated in section 6, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VantaHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 3 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover VantaHost's reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from claims caused by your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will notify you by email or in the client area at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
