Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information VantaHost collects when you use vantahosting.xyz, our client area, our Discord server and our Services, and how we use it.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text) and billing address.
- Google or Discord sign-in: if you sign in or link an account with Google or Discord, we receive your email address, name, and for Discord your user ID and username. We never see your Google or Discord password.
- Payments: payments are handled by our payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits. We never store full card numbers.
- Service and technical data: IP addresses, login times, device and browser information, and logs needed to run, secure and troubleshoot your services.
- Support: messages you send us by ticket, email or Discord.
2. How we use it
- To create and manage your account and deliver the services you order.
- To bill you, send invoices and prevent fraud.
- To give you the right Discord roles when you link your Discord account.
- To provide support, send service and security notices, and improve our Services.
- To follow the law and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with companies that help us run VantaHost:
- Cloudflare (website hosting, security and DDoS protection)
- Payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal
- Google and Discord, when you choose to sign in or link those accounts
- Our email delivery provider, for account and billing emails
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our users, our network or the public.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site and client area to work, such as keeping you signed in and securing forms. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records while your account is open and for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons (usually up to 7 years for invoices). Service data is deleted when a service is terminated. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
7. Your choices and rights
You can view and update your details in the client area, unlink Google or Discord at any time, and ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account by emailing vantahostinc@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK) you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests.
8. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced by email or in the client area.
