Can console players join?

Xbox, PlayStation and Switch only show featured servers by default, so console players need a workaround (such as a DNS or friend-list method) to join custom servers. Windows, iOS and Android players can join directly.

How much RAM does a Bedrock server need?

Bedrock is light. 1 to 2 GB is plenty for a group of friends; bigger worlds with many players do better with 4 GB.

Can Java players join a Bedrock server?

No, Java and Bedrock are different games. For both, run a Java server with the Geyser plugin.
